What is Magnet More?

The Magnet More platform is designed to thank our trade customers for their continued loyalty to our brand - you can see your transaction history, extend your credit limit, see how close you are to a reward, and choose rewards once you have qualified.

How do I find my log in details?

You should have received an invite to sign up to Magnet More Rewards via text or email, which includes your registered business name and Magnet Trade account number.

Why is my Magnet Trade Account number not recognised?

Your Magnet Trade Account Number is either a 7 or 9 digit number. Please enter this exactly as it appears on your Magnet Trade account. If in doubt, please check your Magnet Trade emails or contact your local store.

I am an LNPG/Projects/Contracts customer, why can't I register?

Unfortunately LNPG and Projects/Contracts customers are not eligible to take part in the Magnet More Rewards Promotion.

What do I enter in the 'Business Name' field?

Your Business Name is the business that is linked to your registered Magnet Trade Account, so please write this exactly as it appears in your account. If in doubt, please check your Magnet Trade emails, statements and invoices, or contact your local store.

I am having difficulty setting up a password.

Please ensure your password contains a minimum of 12 characters and includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, number and special characters (!, @, $, %, ^, &, , +, #). If you are still having difficulties setting up a password after attempting to set one using all of the necessary characters, please reach out to us via the 'Contact Us' page.

Why aren't my details recognised?

You must have a valid Magnet Trade Cash or Credit account to sign up, if you do not have a Trade Account, you can sign up here(Link opens in a new tab) (opens in a new window). Once you have an account, you can complete registration at http://www.magnetmore.co.uk using the Trade account number, business name and email address.

The details on my account have changed.

I’ve just signed up for a Trade Credit Account, why can’t I access Magnet More Rewards?

If you have just applied for a Magnet Trade Credit Account, please allow up to a week for verification due to credit checks. Once your application has been approved, you will recieve an email confirming your account details, and you will be able to complete your registration for Magnet More Rewards http://www.magnetmore.co.uk using the Trade account number, business name, and email address.

How can I unsubscribe from receiving emails from Magnet Trade?

You may unsubscribe from our marketing at any time by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. After you unsubscribe, we will not send you further promotional emails, but in some circumstances we will continue to contact you to the extent necessary for the purposes of any Sites, Apps, products, or services you have requested.

How can I unsubscribe from receiving SMS communications from Magnet Trade?

You may unsubscribe from receiving SMS communications at any time by simply texting MAGSTOP to 60064

I would like Magnet Trade to remove my information from their database

If you would like us to remove all or part of your information from our records, please reach out via the 'Contact Us' page. and we will process your request within 5 working days.

How do I participate in the promotion?

You must have a Magnet Trade Cash or Credit Account and a valid email address to participate. You are required to opt into the scheme via the website, using your Magnet Trade Account Number, business name and a valid the email address held on your account. Registration can take place at any time during the promotional period.

How do I qualify for rewards?

To be eligible for the rewards, you must spend a minimum of over £5000 exc VAT at Magnet Trade between 29 July 2024 and 2 November 2024. Spend includes kitchen and joinery transactions. Orders must be despatched and invoiced before 2 November

My recent purchase isn’t showing on my account:

Please allow up to 24 hours for purchase information to appear on your account. If you have submitted a registration form for a trade credit account, or you have applied for an increased credit limit, this can take up to a week to verify due to credit checks

How can I claim my reward?

When you have spent enough to qualify for a gift, you will be notified via email. Log on to Magnet More Rewards to select your reward. Rewards can be claimed throughout the entirety of the promotional period.

I prefer the gifts in a different Tier, could I choose one from there instead?

If you spend over £5000 exc. VAT within the promotional period, you will be eligible for 1 x Tier 1 (PRO) reward. If you spend over £10000 exc. VAT within the promotional period, you will be eligible for 1 x Tier 2 (Premium) reward OR 2 x Tier 1. If you spend over £15000 exc. VAT within the promotional period, you will be eligible for 1 x Tier 3 (Platinum) reward OR 3 x Tier 1 reward OR a combination of 1 x Tier 1 and 1 x Tier 2. You are free to choose rewards from any level - Pro, Premium, or Platinum - if you have spent enough to meet the threshold for all 3 tiers.

I’ve spent over £15000 within the promotional period, can I claim more rewards?

If you have spent over £15000 and claimed your reward/combination of rewards, please speak to your local store to discuss your reward options.

What are the rewards?

The rewards in this promotion are split into three tiers, PRO, PREMIUM, and PLATINUM. If you spend over £5000 exc. VAT within the promotional period, you will qualify for a PRO reward, which includes: DEWALT 18v Brushless Combi Drill & Impact Driver, Wet Dry Vacuum WD 3 + Window Vac WV 2 Plus N + High Pressure Washer K2 Classic, Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) & 2 x AirTags, Weber Q1000 Gas Barbecue, or a Night Away for Two + Choice of Spa/Track/Fun.

If you spend over £10000 exc. VAT within the promotional period, you will qualify for a PREMIUM reward, which includes: DEWALT 18v Brushless Combi Drill & Impact Driver & 3-Speed Multi-Tool, Wet Dry Vacuum WD1 Battery Set + WV1 + High Pressure Washer K5 Classic, Nintendo Switch OLED + Nintendo Switch Lite, Bose QuietComfort SE Headphones + Bose TV Speaker, or a 2-Night Stay with Breakfast + Family/Team Adventure.

If you spend over £15000 exc. I have chosen my reward; however, I would now like to change it.

Unfortunately, once you have made your selection it is not possible to change your chosen reward, as orders are processed immediately.

Where will my reward be sent to?

Your reward will be sent to you via the chosen fulfilment method within 28 days of claiming. Upon selection of your reward, you will be asked to provide a preferred delivery address. If you have entered this incorrectly or need to change it, please contact us immediately on 01565 656 641.

I haven’t received my gift, what can I do?

Your reward will be dispatched within 28 days of selection. If you haven’t received your reward after 28 days, or if you have any questions, please complete the Contact Us form and we’ll look into this for you.
